‘Golden Blazeaway’

Lilac flowers, VIII–IX; intense golden yellow foliage throughout the year; open erect habit; height 31–45cm; spread 46–60cm. A sport found on ‘Blazeaway‘ by John L. Jones, Glynwern Nursery, Cilcennin, Lampeter, Dyfed, Wales; introduced in 1994. Differs from its parent in keeping its intense gold foliage in winter, making a very nice plant.
